The hotel is in a lovely square just off the main road. Location was great, with a main tram station just over the road. The tram network is so good, with trams into town every 2/3 minutes and they only take 10-20 mins depending where you're going of course. It's also walkable. Rooms were quiet and beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was very good. There was a separate dedicated area for gluten free and lactose free diets. So thoughtful. Reception had a nice design with comfy sofas and a small bar, with great (but not loud) music. There is also an outdoor seating area. There is also a gym although we didn't used it.

Lovely hotel in a great location with a large bus/tram/metro stop only a few minutes walk away which give you access to everything alongside a bunch of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Breakfast was fabulous, had everything you would want and more. My room was nice and had everything I needed. The curtains were very good at blocking out the light so no sleep mask needed in the summer. Also, it was pretty quiet.

Great breakfast!! Huge with many options. Check in and out was seamless. Traveled with two small children they offered 2 baby cots for us and a baby potty. So helpful for us. Location is right around the corner from a tram AND metro station. This was very important to us since we travelled in February with a lot of snow. The property is very clean, unique as it has an old circus vibe to it.

The beds were comfy and the room was generally quiet except for Saturday night when a few more guests came in late etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was an excellent breakfast provided.

Unlike most other options we considered this one also had a breakfast included, whilst being the cheapest of similar options. The staff was very friendly to our kid and made his trip amazing.
